These Terms of Use apply to your use of all Belga online services and applications for mobile devices, including updates and new versions. These are collectively referred to as the "Service". The Service is provided by Belga News Agency, headquartered at Arduinkaai 29, 1000 Brussels and registered in the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under number 0403.481.693. You acknowledge and agree that by accessing and using the Service, you are legally bound by these Terms of Use and Belga's Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you may not access or use the Service. By accessing the Service, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old or that you are at least 14 years old and have parental consent to use the Service.

We reserve the right to change the Terms of Use and modify or even discontinue the Service or any part thereof. If we make changes, we will launch an updated version of the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the release of such updated version implies your acceptance thereof. You acknowledge that we may automatically update the version of the Service that you may be using on your mobile device. You consent to such automatic updates and agree that all such updates are subject to the Terms of Use. The texts, images, videos, metadata and intellectual property available through the Service that may be protected are referred to as "Content" and are the property of Belga and its licensors. It is provided to you for your personal use only. You may not use the Content for commercial purposes. You may not download, modify, distribute, publish or create derivative works and make the Content available to third parties without prior written consent, except as occasionally permitted by features associated with the Service that allow you to share links to the Content with express permission. You may not analyse the source code or architecture of the Service by reverse engineering or otherwise attempting to discover it. You may not perform any acts that could interfere with the smooth operation of the Service, nor may you perform acts involving unauthorised access to any part of the Service.

You may register and create a user account, username and password for the Service. You warrant that the information you provide for your registration is complete and correct and must notify us of any changes to that information. You are solely responsible for the use of any password you create. You must never provide your username or password for any purpose other than for your identification for the Service. We reserve the right to refuse, restrict or terminate your access to the Service or Content. Registration Data and other information we obtain about you will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We do not guarantee or endorse the accuracy of the views or opinions of any Licensor, third party offering Content or advertiser. We may provide links to third-party applications or services. You agree that we are not responsible for their Services and Content. You indemnify Belga against any prosecution or complaint by a third party relating to your use of the Service. The Service and Content are provided for informational purposes only. We shall not be liable for any errors, inaccuracies or delays, nor for any actions you may take on the basis thereof. You expressly agree that you use the Service and Content at your own risk.
Belga may, at its sole discretion and without financial compensation, temporarily suspend the Service for technical interventions. The nullity of any part of these terms and conditions will not result in the nullity of all terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are subject to Belgian law. If you access the Service from another country, only Belgian law shall apply and all disputes arising out of or in connection with the Service and Content shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels
